BK Climbersin talviloman kiipeilyleirit

Helmikuussa koulujen lomaviikolla on kiipeilyn sekä leikkien ja pelien täyttämän hiihtolomaleirin aika!

Hiihtoloman kiipeilyleirit järjestetään BK Espoossa ma – ti ja ke – pe 20. – 24.2.2023.

ma – ti | 6 – 10 -vuotiaille | 9.00 – 15.00 | 120€  Toteutuu jos vähintään 6 lasta (max 12)
Edit: ma – ti -leirin osallistujien ikäkategoriaa on laajennettu 6 – 8 -vuotiaista 6 – 10 -vuotiaisiin.

EI TOTEUDU: ke – pe | 9 – 12 -vuotiaille | 9.00 – 15.00 | 160€  Toteutuu jos vähintään 6 lasta (max 12)

Leirin tukikohtana toimii lapsille loistava Boulderkeskuksen halli Espoon Suomenojalla (Niittyrinne 2B) sekä sen uusi lasten puoli BK Flash. Sieltä löytyy niin Valomotion peliseinää kuin lasten seinää liukumäkineen sekä tilaa temmeltää ja touhuta. Kiipeilyn ja leikkien lisäksi pääsemme harjoitelemaan tekniikkaa ja tekemään erilaisia leikkimielisiä kiipeilyharjoitteita. Lisäksi halli sopii mainiosti erilaisiin peleihin ja leikkeihin.

Alustava ohjelmarunko:
9.30 tapaaminen hallilla
11.30 asti kiipeilyä, leikkejä ja pelejä
11.30 ruokatauko ja pieni lepohetki (omat eväät mukaan)
12.30 – 14.30 kiipeilyä, leikkejä ja pelejä / ulkoilua sään salliessa
14.30 – 15.00 rauhoittuminen / venyttelyä ja päivän päättäminen

Hinnat:

• ma-ti | 6 – 10 vuotiaille | 9.00-15.00 | 120€ 
• EI TOTEUDU: ke-pe | 9-12 vuotiaille | 9.00-15.00 | 160€

Huomioitavaa:

• Omat eväät mukaan. Hallilla on jääkaappi ja mikro ruokien säilytykseen ja lämmittämiseen sekä astioita (voit ottaa myös omat astiat)
• Hallilta saa tarvittaessa kiipeilykengät lainaan, mutta otattehan mukaan kiipeilyyn sopivat vaatteet ja vesipullon

HUOM! Osallistujalla tulee olla leiriä varten voimassa oleva kiipeilyvakuutus (Suomen Kiipeilyliittoon kuuluvan jäsenseuran kautta esim. BK Climbers ry.)

Winter climbing camps at BK Espoo

BK Climbers is organizing two winter camps filled with games and climbing in February!

The February day camp dates are as follows:

20. – 21.2. for 6 – 10 year olds (max. 8 participants)
Edit: the age category has been changed from 6 – 8 to 6 – 10 year olds.

CANCELLED: 22. – 24.2. for 9 – 12 year olds (max. 12 participants)

The basecamp of the camp will be BK Espoo’s gym in Suomenoja (Niittyrinne 2B) and its new kids’ area BK Flash. The new kids’ area has lots of climbing problems, the popular Valomotion game wall, a slide and lots of space to play games. In addition to climbing and playing, the kids will get to practice technique and do playful climbing exercises.

Preliminary timetable:

9.00 meeting at the gym 

Climbing, games and playing until 11.30

11.30 Lunch break (bring your own lunch) and small rest rest break

12.30 – 14.30 climbing, games and playing 

14.30 – 15.00 calming down / stretching and ending the day

Prices: 

• Monday to Tuesday camp | 6 to 10 year olds | from 9.00 to 15.00 120€
• CANCELLED: Wednesday to Friday camp | 9 to 12 year olds | from 9.00 to 15.00 |  160€

Other things to take into account:

• Bring your own lunch and snacks. There is a fridge and a microwave oven at the gym as well as some plates and cutlery (you can also bring your own utensils)
• If necessary, you can borrow climbing shoes at the gym, but please bring clothes appropriate for climbing and possible outdoor activities and a water bottle

NOTE! The participant must have a valid climbing insurance for the camp (through a member club belonging to the Finnish Climbing Association for example BK Climbers ry.)
